The AEX Business Advisor Referral Fee Program allows anyone to refer business financing opportunities and receive compensation upon completion of financing. With this program, AEX performs all of the necessary work, so it is not necessary for the referring advisor to have any knowledge of business loans (and a license is not required to receive referral fees from AEX). With the AEX Commercial Loans Training Program, AEX Commercial Financing Group is helping prospective commercial mortgage and small business funding brokers to acquire essential skills. With this program, brokers will be expected to complete any special licensing requirements which are mandated. The AEX Business Advisor Referral Fee Program can be used to produce short-term income until brokers complete the AEX Training Program.
